1. Operator and scope
These terms govern the MyMu audio editing and music production service operated by YJ Music. Operator and contact details appear in the footer of every page. Review these terms and the transaction conditions shown at checkout before using the service.
2. Services and process
MyMu provides audio trimming and arrangement, mashups, vocal removal and custom music. Requests and limited watermarked previews are free. After selecting a version and completing payment or applying a free code, you receive the selected full files.
Results are supplied as prepared MP3 and WAV files, with no physical shipping. Use your private review link after payment verification. Unprepared files or unverified payments are not treated as completed delivery.
Your private review link controls access to your request. Keep it safe and do not share it. For lost links or access problems, contact us with your request or payment number.
3. Prices, payment and free codes
Prices, billing currency and total charges are shown before payment. A paid contract is formed after you agree to the transaction conditions and payment is verified. Free codes follow their service scope, expiry and usage limits, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash refund where nothing was paid.
Only one-time purchases are currently offered. Any subscription will separately disclose the monthly fee, usage allowance, renewal date, automatic charges, cancellation and refund rules and require explicit consent. No recurring charges start without separate consent.
4. Source materials and usage rights
You must have permission to use uploaded audio and references for the requested work. Do not request unlawful work or infringe others’ rights. Editing or vocal removal alone does not grant new copyright or commercial rights in the original music.
AI tools may be used for part of custom music production. Usage rights follow the product description and any separately agreed conditions. Purchasing alone does not automatically guarantee copyright assignment or exclusivity.
5. Review, changes, cancellation and refunds
Listen before paying and check that the chosen version matches the file supplied. Request changes or cancellation during preparation via your private link or support. After payment, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds follow the refund policy without limiting statutory consumer rights.

When a service or file delivery problem is confirmed, we take appropriate recovery, redelivery or refund action. Liability for intent or negligence is not excluded in full. Contact support first for disputes; unresolved matters follow applicable Korean law and mandatory rules.
Personal data is handled under our privacy policy. Changes to these terms and their effective date will be announced in advance; separate consent will be obtained where required by law.
