Refund and cancellation policy

Listen for free before paying

Submitting a request and listening to limited watermarked previews are free. Cancelling an unpaid request has no cancellation fee. Preview listening alone does not start delivery of the paid full files.

Withdrawal after payment

Before delivery of the paid full files starts, you may request withdrawal within seven days of receiving the written contract details. Any different statutory period, including delayed delivery, takes precedence. Payment without file delivery is not completed supply.

If statutory advance notices and preview access were provided and delivery of the paid full files starts with your consent through playback or download, withdrawal for a change of mind may be limited under applicable law. Without the required notices or measures, that limit does not apply. Undelivered separable portions are also excluded from the limit.

Errors, non-delivery and duplicate charges

Contact support for damaged or incorrect files, failed downloads, or duplicate or erroneous charges. After checking, we will redeliver, fix the error or refund the relevant amount. Statutory rights also apply if delivery differs from the preview or agreed terms.

If supply differs from advertising or the contract, statutory withdrawal or other remedies may be requested within three months of delivery and within thirty days of discovering or reasonably being able to discover the issue. This is separate from any change-of-mind restriction.

How to request and processing

Email support with your request or payment number, reason and verifiable error details. Do not post your full private link, card number or password on a public board.

Where a statutory refund applies, we refund within three business days of the legally applicable starting date, such as the withdrawal date, and arrange cancellation through the original payment method. Bank or card posting times may differ. No penalty or arbitrary cancellation fee is charged for a valid statutory withdrawal.

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid. A zero-price free-code purchase has no cash refund, but we will explain available remedies for errors, such as re-use. This policy never applies less favorably than statutory consumer rights.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are not yet offered. On launch, the subscription page will disclose cancellation before the next renewal, remaining allowances and refund calculations. Current one-time purchases do not renew automatically.

Applicable standards

This policy follows Articles 17 and 18 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related consumer protection rules.
