MyMu privacy notice

MyMu processes the following information to receive music creation/editing requests, manage work, and deliver results. Questions and deletion requests: mymulab63@gmail.com

Request data and purposes

Request details, reference links, schedules, original audio uploads, edit settings, and output files are used for production, customer preview selection, result delivery, and past request review. New requests do not require a name, nickname, or email. Contact details in older requests are used only to deliver and manage those requests.

Payment and transaction records

Payments are processed through PortOne and the selected payment provider. Payer name, email and phone details required by that provider are sent during payment and are not saved in new requests. MyMu does not store card numbers or card passwords. Payment IDs, amounts, currencies, status, and the version and time of agreed terms are used for transaction verification, withdrawal, refunds and disputes.

Where required by law, contract, withdrawal, payment and supply records are kept for five years, and consumer complaint and dispute records for three years. Other request and file handling and deletion requests follow the guidance below.

Google account and Gmail use

MyMu Mail is a sending tool linked to the operator's dedicated Google account. Customers do not need to connect Google. It verifies the operator's email and sends download links from that Gmail account when the operator initiates sending. It does not request access to read inboxes or existing mail.

Credentials that maintain the connection are stored in private server settings. Google account and Gmail-authorized data are used only for account verification and requested delivery, not advertising, sale, or training general-purpose AI models.

Storage and delivery

Requests and files are stored on service servers/storage; admin functions are restricted to the operator. Results are delivered through hard-to-guess links rather than attachments. Anyone with a private review link can listen, select, request changes, and download for that request. Keep it private. Email uses Google Gmail. Details and references needed for music creation and reference analysis may be sent to the relevant production and analysis tools.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

MyMu includes Google AdSense code on individual music guide articles, not request forms, customer review/delivery pages, or admin screens. Ad display depends on Google's site review and ad settings. Google and third-party vendors may use cookies to show ads based on visits to MyMu or other websites. Google advertising cookies let Google and partners provide personalized ads based on those visits.

Ad delivery and measurement may process cookie identifiers, IP addresses, browser/device information, and pages visited. Learn more in How Google uses information from partner sites and Google advertising technologies for details.

Personalized advertising choices

You can use Google Ad Settings to manage or opt out of personalized ads. Third-party ad vendors and networks may also use cookies. Use Digital Advertising Alliance's choices page to opt out of participating vendors' personalized advertising cookies. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Non-personalized ads may still appear after opting out.

Retention and deletion

Completed requests are archived for review and follow-up work. Contact the email above for access, correction, or deletion. No automatic deletion period is currently set. The operator may revoke MyMu Mail access in Google account app settings; sending stops until reconnection.
